What If I have a dental emergency?

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Otherwise, call us at 435-215-4805 to get help fast. If accommodations for after hours services can be made, please note, emergency fees will apply.

Do I need to have dental insurance to get dental care?

No. While we accept many dental insurance plans, you do not have to have dental insurance to get treatment. We offer a variety of payment options and financing plans when possible.

What types of payment & insurances do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, credit cards, and most insurance plans. Our list of insurances is quite large, so please contact our office so a member of our team can verify your insurance, or visit our Payment Options page for more information!

What should I bring to my appointment?

New Patients: Bring your new patient paperwork as well as a payment method and insurance information.

Returning Patients: Bring your payment method and any updated insurance or billing information we may need.

Do you accept appointments?

Yes, we do accept appointments at our dentist’s office. In fact, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with us in advance to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to fill out any patient forms.

How often should I visit the dentist?

It is important to schedule routine checkups and cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy. It is recommended by the ADA to visit the dentist at least once every six months. Contact us now to book your appointment and take the first step toward optimal oral health!
